ROAVS 245 is a copper paste with high corrosion resistance, suitable for screws, bolts, and sliding surfaces that withstand high pressure and corrosive environments such as seawater.
Scope of application
For assembling threaded fittings, such as in internal combustion engines, on pipe fittings, flange fittings, and fittings threaded fittings for high-temperature steam pipelines, in exhaust pipe and combustion chamber bolting devices, and in gas and fuel burner fixing screws
In a watery environment, it is used to avoid scorching, corrosion or solid oxidation of bolt joints

Tips for use
In order to obtain the best adhesion, when cleaning the thread and sliding surface of dirt and other lubricants, it is best to first clean by mechanical means (e.g. with a wire brush), and then clean with ROAVS 2610/ROAVS 2611 universal cleaner. Apply a sufficient amount of lubricating paste evenly to the bolt/nut seat surface and thread by means of oil brush, spatula, etc. The lubricating paste can also act as a seal against water spray and condensation. The lubricating paste is not used as a substitute for grease and can only be mixed with suitable lubricants.
